There are a lot of case-by-case scenarios that can happen when it comes to sleds, snow tubes and snow toys (shipping problems, manufacturer defects or improper use). We pride ourselves on customer service, and have had an excellent track record since our inception back in 2004. If it is a shipping defect, then we will work with you and the carrier to get the problem remedied. The same goes if it is a manufacturing defect upon arrival of the sled. Detailed photos will be requested of the defect area. As with any sled, snow tube, snow toy; normal use from sledding and playing poses a lot of scuff, scrape and crash possibilities that we just can't warranty. That is why we keep it on a case-by-case basis.

If you want to return a sled, snow tube or snow toy item that doesn't have a defect, then it must be brand new and 100% unused. Also, it has to fall within 14 days of the purchase date to be eligible for being returned. You must contact us in advance prior to sending back the item so that we can give you the proper return address. All returns have a 25% restocking fee applied. All return shipping fees are paid for by the buyer. All Sled Riding store returns must have all parts returned associated with it or a full refund will not be granted.
